Fair Oaks Pharmacy, Inc has been locally owned and operated for over 40 years. We presently employ five licensed pharmacists, each with one or more specialties. Chuck Brooner, the owner is a compounding pharmacist as well as certificated in diabetic management, and asthma management. In addition he has been a certified fitter of Orthotics and Compression garments for almost 20 years. Pat McGowen, the pharmacy manager in his 18th year of employment is a Certified Diabetic Educator, compounding pharmacist, and pain management specialist, where he is a nationally known lecturer. Steve Bonham, Pharm D is our compounding specialist and has been with our company since 1990. John Sepulveda, Pharm D is in his second year with us and is certified in asthma management as well as being a compounding pharmacist. Janell Parsons, Pharm D is a recent addition to our staff. Her areas of expertise include anticoagulant management, heart disease, and cancer therapies. We currently have three delivery personnel and provide delivery services thru the entire south county area. In special cases we may be able to deliver to San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria. Our pharmacy is a complete, one stop health care facility. We offer a Prescription Service, Compounding Service, Durable Medical Equipment, Ostomy Supplies, Incontinence Supplies, Professional management of Diabetes and Asthma. In addition we have certified fitters of Orthotic devices and Mastectomy prostheses as well as compression garments for lymphadema, varicose veins etc. We also have a full line of health and beauty aids, aids to daily living and giftwares. We feature an excellent line of 99 cent greeting cards. We do not stock fragrance lines nor do we provide photo finishing.
Fair Oaks Pharmacy is located at 1051 East Grand Avenue in Arroyo Grande, California. Arroyo Grande is in San Luis Obispo County which is approximately half way between Los Angeles and San Francisco on the coast of California. If travelling on Highway 101, exit at Grand Avenue and proceed West (toward the ocean). Fair Oaks Pharmacy is located approximately 3 miles distance on the South side of Grand Avenue.
